Belvedere

THE CHALLENGE

Merlin has recently completed supplying the refurbishments works on Belvedere. Described as “a contemporary office building in Manchester’s prime office core, providing an exceptional working environment” this stunning building certainly lives up to its name of Belvedere /ˈbɛlvɪdɪə/: a structure designed to command a view.

THE APPROACH

Merlin Architectural supplied completely bespoke designer Pull Handles to the project, which were manufactured in The UK to order, to complement this modern building.

THE BUILDING

Taking the place previously occupied by Cooper House, Belvedere sits between Kennedy Street and Booth Street in central Manchester, construction having been completed in 2009.
