In the light of recent global and national events surrounding Covid-19, the team at Merlin are doing all we can to reduce the spread of the virus whilst ensuring we can maintain our level of customer service and project support.
We are taking measures internally to reduce the impact of the virus for our staff, their families and customers as we take their health and welfare seriously, including:
- As many roles as possible are now working from home.
- Maintaining high levels of personal hygiene including safe working distances and increased sanitisation.
- Developing a comprehensive business continuity plan across our departments including our production facility and supply chain.
- Following Government advice and reviewing daily.
To mitigate the impact of Covid-19 on our business activities, we are not carrying out any face-to-face meetings or accepting any non-essential visitors, but instead are offering all customers who have a face-to-face meeting arranged, the option to have their meeting via Zoom which utilises video call and desktop sharing capabilities.
There is no current delay on our delivery dates on stock items.
