Fire & Acoustic Seals 'Fire Door Foam' is a
revolutionary Polyurethane Foam (PU Foam) designed to seal the gaps between
walls and fire door frames, achieving fire protection for up to 1 hour. Can be used with standard methods of fixing; For use with plastic and timber packers in timber and composite fire doors.

These Fire rated packers must be used in conjunction with the Blue 60 Fire foam.

Blue60 has been tested in every possible combination of frame and wall material and with both single and double doorsets with ratings of 30 and 60 minutes, to BS476 Part 22 and BS EN 1634-1, when used in conjuction with Blue60 fire rated packers, that are available in 1, 3 and 5mm thicknesses.
