Nothing creates a close-knit culture like getting muddy, wet and seeing your colleagues go all-out on quad bikes and clay pigeon shooting. A quick throwback to Merlin’s team building day back in December, which saw a highly successful year out with a bang. All of the team enjoyed learning the new skills, some even discovered that they were highly talented at the clay pigeon shooting at the same time. Kudos to our very own estimating assistant, who had been somewhat of a dark horse about his skills and proved to have serious professional marksman expertise.
Thanks to the management team at Merlin for a great day out at Catton Hall, Frodsham. We’re looking forward to December 2023 already…
