This iconic 1970s building, originally designed by architect Sam Stephenson, underwent a €100 million refurbishment to transform it into a state-of-the-art flexible workspace.

Spanning eight floors and totaling 73,000 square feet, the revamped One Central Plaza now accommodates 1,500 desks. Komfort contributed to the interior by supplying Polar 30 single-glazed partitions and Sonik 70 doors, enhancing both aesthetics and acoustic performance.
