THE CHALLENGE

Tasked with restoring an old English masterpiece, fit-out contractors turned to Merlin for a specialist ironmongery solution. Listed restoration projects bring the challenge of matching existing applications to new products and ironmongery.

OUR APPROACH

We assessed these challenges in three site visits, ensuring we could retain the charm of the build whilst remaining compliant. From there, we compiled a complete schedule free of charge making sure no stone was left unturned in achieving that ‘wow’ factor! We then sourced, packaged and delivered the goods in phases, as required for each site.
